Brand New Collectible Bear This is a Rare item from the House of Windsor Collection. Higgins is super cute, made of Mohair with glass eyes, wool felt paws and poly/pellet filling. He is one of only 250 bears to be made in this style for this collection and is handmade by the artist who signed on the back of his tag. We are the original owners and he has been in storage since we bought him in 1996. Your little bear is brand new with all his tags- his box has some shelf wear around the edges..
