Steiff 1908 Blond Teddy Replica In Box Limited Edition 40cm Original Fasteners
This beautiful bear is a Mararete Steiff production from 1994 and is a reproduction of the original blonde 1908 bear. He is 40 cms tall and is still attached to his box by original plastic tags to his neck and feet and has never been removed. He is a limited edition of 3,000 pieces being numbered 1041. He has a certificate of authenticity which states Faithful to the original this exceptional bear has a coat of the finest mohair with excelsior wood shavings, and hand embroidered nose and claws.
As a special feature this bear has been fitted with traditional hand-made glass eyes and therefore corresponds in every detail to the 1908 bear. He has a growler and comes in excellent condition.
