Steiff Alfonzo Teddy Bear 13 Tall Limited Edition Replica of 1908 Bear, Boxed

Steiff Limited Edition Alfonzo Teddy Bear. A limited edition replica of the 1908 Alfonzo bear which was a one-off commissioned for a Russian princess. Number 02348 of 5,000 pieces released worldwide in 1990. Made in the original size of 13" tall and "aged to be a faithfully replica of the original bear. This is the larger bear available today and is not to be confused with Baby Alfonzo who is smaller.

He is wearing his close-fitting Cossack outfit which is true to the original bear. Comes with his original certificate of authenticity. Alfonzo is a lovely rich red colour and is a 5 jointed bear which stands 13 tall which is about 33cm. This beautiful bear has been kept in its box and never used or even displayed so is in immaculate condition.
