STEIFF "QUEEN OF HEART'S" DIANA MEMORIAL BEAR 662560 - STRICTLY LTD EDITION - RETIRED - MINT CONDITION. The "Queen of Heart's" Diana Memorial Bear was hand made exclusively for Danbury Mint by Steiff and commemorates the 10th Anniversary of the tragic loss of Diana, Princess of Wales. Around the bear's neck is a unique 18 carat gold plated heart pendant inscribed on the back with 1. August 1997 as a memorial to Diana's life.
The front of the pendent displays a single burning candle, a touching reminder of life's fragility. The bears pads and paws are purple in colour, the left paw has "With Love" embroidered in Gold and the right paw has a "Rose" embroidered in Gold. This bear is fully jointed, with silky white fur made of luxurious mohair and the sweet features are expertly stitched by hand.
Actual size is 12 tall. This bear is individually handmade by master craftsmen according to the exacting standards followed by Steiff for more than a century. This Bear is dedicated to the memory of Diana, Princess of Wales on the 10. The Bear has the Gold Button in its ear which is your guarantee that it is a genuine Steiff masterpiece. The Button has a White Tag signifying it is a strictly limited edition and has a Serial No.
The Queen of Hearts Bear was a strict limited Edition and production ceased after 31. The bag will be supplied in its original Steiff presentation box along with an additional Danbury Mint Certificate of Authenticity Numbered 0417.
