Steiff's Salvador Teddy Bear is a tribute to Spanish artist, Salvador Dali who had a,'love of everything that is gilded and excessive, my passion for luxury, and my love of fine clothes'. As you can see, Savadore Bear is everything the artist would have loved! Salvador is made from sumptuous black alpaca plush and he wears an elegant cape made from luxurious cashmere and wild silk, with a hand-made golden cord fastening. He has a traditional bear growler in his tummy. His closely shaved muzzle shows off his hand-stitched nose and fabulous waxed and twisted moustache! He's a fabulous eccentric bear that's not to be missed! Released as a limited edition of 1,500 pieces, this being number 428.

This bear has been living in a smoke free home with adult collectors, he has only been displayed and has not been handled much to help preserve him. He comes complete with his original box and certificates as shown in the photo.

The box has some slight wear and tear from being stored. He truly is a stunning bear with that extra surprise detail and a must have for any collection.
