A BEAUTIFUL VERY LARGE ORIGINAL STEIFF FULLY JOINTED TEDDY BEAR. LIMITED EDITION STEIFF 55 PB 1902 TEDDY BEAR. A REPLICA OF A 1902 BEAR LIMITED EDITION NUMBER 5605 OF 7000. MEASURES AN IMPRESSIVE 55cm TALL.

COMES WITH STEIFF BUTTON EAR TAG, CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY AND ORIGINAL LARGE STEIFF BOX WITH PRESS STUD BUTTON FASTENER. The bear is made from reddish brown mohair and filled with wood shavings. With hand stitched claws and mouth and with a moulded sealing wax nose. The original cardboard disc is still attached to his tummy.

This is a replica of the very first jointed bears and is cord jointed making him a very important bear. As been kept in its box and never used or even displayed so is in very good condition.
